My husband is the only person I’ve kissed. :)
I sang a solo in Abravanel Hall in sixth grade.
I have a lot of interests and hobbies and like to do a lot
of different things.
I have been to many “classical” concerts, but I have never
been to a concert for a “popular” band or singer. I don’t really have any
desire to either. I like listening to that kind of music, just not going to it
live.
In college I was the host of a radio segment on KBYU-FM
called “Arts in Utah” that highlighted the different artistic things going on around
the state. I got to interview and talk with a lot of amazing people, and I
always got free tickets to galleries, concerts, plays, musicals, etc. It was my
dream job.
I am number 8 of 11 kids in my family. I am the youngest
girl.
I have three kids. I love being a mom. My whole life it was always my #1 dream to be a mom. Even though it is the hardest job I've ever had, I'm grateful for it and I love being a mom to my kids.
I sleep with the same squishy pillow I have had almost my
whole life.
I was a very adventurous little girl. I visited the Urgent
Care a lot for broken bones, stitches, etc.
They usually resulted from me trying to prove I could do something like
swing down from the top of a tree, do a flip off the high bar at the
playground, or successfully swing over my Grandpa’s tractor…just to name a few. :)
I have lived in Utah my whole life. I really like Utah. And
I get really defensive with anyone that starts bashing on Utah. (Except when it's about
Utah drivers, I will agree with most complaints about Utah drivers.:))
I have naturally curly hair. It has gotten curlier and wilder
as I have grown older.
Speaking of curly hair, when we were engaged my husband
told me (in all seriousness) it had always been his dream to marry someone with 80’s hair. I’m so
glad me and my curly hair could make all his dreams come true. :)
